Is The Norfleet Actually Good In Borderlands 2?

Rules: I'm playing in UVHM at OP0. The only gun I can have equipped is the Norfleet and a level 1 Logan's Gun. I'm using a build that is as optimized as possible without using any items that require fighting raid bosses.   / discord     / miqueagul     / miqueagul   Music https://peritune.com/ Swift Strike, Rapid 3, Rapid 4, Havoc, Sword Flash, Magic Skirmish, 8bit RPG Battle, Battlefield 5 Retro, Epic, Demise, Epic Battle 2, Battle, Retro RPG Battle 2 Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 4.0 License https://creativecommons.org/licenses/...
