Crowned & Untamed | S1EP02: Processing Out Loud

I recorded this episode about three months ago, and listening back now, I realized it was really just me processing out loud. I share a little more of my story, my experience growing up in church, the language around mental health that I’ve had to rethink, and what it’s looked like to separate some of what I was taught from what I actually believe. I don’t have everything figured out — and this definitely isn’t a deep dive. It’s simply a snapshot of where my head and heart were at in that moment as I started figuring out what faith looks like for me now. Just me, processing in real time. ♡
