In this episode, InTheKut continues through Tashkent, Uzbekistan, beginning inside an old mahalla, where a local family welcomes them into their courtyard. They spend the morning watching samsa being made completely from scratch before sitting down together for freshly baked samsa and tea for breakfast. From there, InTheKut heads to Chorsu Bazaar, one of the oldest and most iconic markets in Tashkent. Inside the massive market, they try khanum, often called Uzbek “lazy manti” or Uzbek lasagna, filled with potato. Next is narin, made with finely cut noodles and horse meat, served alongside fresh salad and cherry juice, before finishing with one more massive samsa. This episode closes out InTheKut’s time in Uzbekistan, a country shaped by generations of tradition, hospitality, and everyday life that still feels deeply connected to the past. From meals shared inside family courtyards to the crowds of Chorsu Bazaar, Uzbekistan leaves an impression that goes far beyond the food. #Uzbekistan #Tashkent #UzbekFood #UzbekistanFood #CentralAsia #TashkentFood #Plov #Shashlik #Somsa #ChorsuBazaar #UzbekCulture #CentralAsianFood #FoodDocumentary #TravelDocumentary #InTheKut ----------------------------------------------------- NEW EPISODES WEEKLY** MERCH : https://inthekut.online SOCIALS- IG:   / inthe.kut   IG:   / itk.itk.itk   TIK TOK:   / inthe.kut   TWITCH:   / iinthekut   2ND CHANNEL:    / @inthekutlive   BUSINESS INQUIRIES: Inthekut24@gmail.com
