Celebrating the 220th anniversary steam test of Richard Trevithick's invention 'The Puffing Devil'

Christmas Eve 2021 was the 220th anniversary of Richard Trevithick's successful first run of his invention 'The Puffing Devil' and the 250th anniversary of his birth. Here you will see many Cornwall based steam engines celebrating this anniversary by steaming up the famous Camborne hill which was the very hill that Richard Trevithick steamed his invention.
