New test server nekton robot + ultimate loki + new mothership + rebalance week 6 (24 october 2026)

#testserver #warrobots Not much change from the last test server so not much to say. Iaraghis still dominate everything even though it's getting nerfed. Nekton and mesmer weapons are bad. Roswell mothership is still bad overall. Siroccos will dominate the field since it's not getting a nerf and other titans are getting one.
