Compost at Littorai

This video takes place at our Gold Ridge estate, highlighting the single most important tool that Littorai utilizes in our approach to farming – compost. We have learned a great deal about compost over the years and continue to perfect our “recipe” in search of materials that best suit our bio-region and individual farm. Learn why compost is the foundation of generative farming as you watch the year-long process of constructing our compost. Music by Oliver Hazard "The Flood"
