Part 3: First Time? - 2026 World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship Unofficial Coverage

Welcome to my new mini-series covering the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship taking place September 16 to 20, 2026. The purpose of this series is to hopefully get the WJPC to make adjustments that benefit the puzzling community and the puzzlers themselves, as well as help out those who are attending for the first time, or are making a return trip. In this episode I focus purely on advice provided to me through comments from past World Championship participants. I share this information for those attending the World Series for the first time. Did I miss something? (Of course I did). Include it in a comment below. But I do include: Brief overview of new WJPC updates Things to consider while in Valladolid How to approach other puzzles Things people wish they knew their first time What to expect in the Individual Round What to expect in the Pairs & Teams Round and more Let me know in the comments your thoughts.
