I spent weeks analyzing YouTube strategy. Now I am moving past the theory to see what actually works in practice. I have been researching YouTube strategy for weeks, focusing on hooks, pacing, and removing fluff. It is easy to get stuck in a cycle of absorbing advice, but eventually, you have to start doing the work. This episode marks the transition from research to execution. My goal is to test these content creation techniques in real-time. I am experimenting with new ways to structure my videos, from how I plan my stories to how I use AI for small decisions. By learning in public, I hope to figure out which tactics actually make a difference and which are just noise. I am applying these video storytelling methods to see how they impact my results. I do not know yet which changes will stick, but that is the point of the experiment.
