Sub 50 should be possible if you can do 5 req ults hitting cab ECB. Would say a realistic max would be 3 per cab ECB, since with 2 charges and Jichuan refund you don't need any empowers to do that. The minimum time for starsea is longer than for war apostle since the first core reveal is later.
