Do We Actually NEED A New 3D Mario This Year?

The anticipation of a new 3D Mario game this year is as high as its ever been. And while I would be excited to see an announcement this year, I think its important to not let the excitement lead into fury if there still won't be any news soon. Here, I'd like to provide a more constructive mindset for those whose anticipation is at an all-time high. I'll level with you, this started out as a rant about mario fans who are begging about this game too much, but I thought I could transform this into a better, more informative conversation about the general problem with waiting for unconfirmed games.
