The Folly of Trusting in Riches - Psalm 49:1-20

Psalm 49 teaches that wealth and possessions cannot save us from death. Rich and poor alike will face the same end, and worldly success is temporary. The psalm encourages us not to fear those who have great wealth, but to trust in God, because only God has the power to redeem and give true, lasting life. Key message: Do not place your confidence in riches; place your hope and trust in God.
