Fontana Dam E-Bike Adventure: Twisty Roads, WWII History, & One Struggling Ride

I spent two nights at Fontana Village Resort & Marina (right by Tail of the Dragon) with my Squirrel T1 "cheap" e-bike stuffed into the trunk of my Tesla Model S — plus a backup little Bropath — and rode around the cabins, marina, and up to Fontana Dam. The trip mixed a surprisingly intense bit of WWII history (the dam was authorized on December 17, 1941, and rapidly built to support the war effort and the Manhattan Project) with resort vibes, twisty roads, and far more hills than that 500W motor really wanted to handle!
