A lot of Filipinos have been conditioned to believe that when a condo is affordable, *we shouldn’t expect too much.* If a condo costs around ₱4M, should we automatically accept smaller spaces, lower quality, and fewer features because… “What do you expect for ₱4M?” But why? Should good design, quality, space, and sustainability only be reserved for luxury condos?
