After completing his African adventure, Stephen Tompkinson heads to Australia to embark on another hot air balloon journey. This time he heads to the skies to see some of Australia's spectacular scenery as well as meet some of the locals who will introduce him to the Australian lifestyle. In this episode, Stephen heads to the Outback and to the Flinders mountain range so he can start his practice flights.
