31 1/4” Casablanca Wailea ceiling fan (bleached oak blades, 2025 Remake)

The serial number says "14130200" instead of them being month, year, date, and the fan unit number, meaning it was made on the 14th week of 2013. Was the 200th fan made on that week. The fan installer told me the start capacitor which was assumed to be 4.5uf was going out, but it turns out the start/run capacitor value is actually 3.5uf. However, the 3.5uf drifted. So I used a 4.5uf from the Lanai that's low enough to be approximately at 4uf. This fan was originally dirty when it was at his house, but he did some cleaning, while I did most of it where he left off. The fan pullchain was finicky due to it being stuck and not clicking properly, causing it to have low-low-low without any off positions. So I used WD40 and it helped get the pullchain to work on low-medium-high again, but I also took the pullchain out to see what was wrong and I got it to work.
