A(nother) Jaguar X-Type 3.0 - Automatic Transmission Fluid change and Misfire

I've picked up a new Jaguar X-Type 3.0 V6 AWD Estate with the Jatco JF506E automatic gearbox at the weekend. It's in lovely condition but did reveal a few mechanical issues on the trip home to resolve.
