At JDI Dance Company, pointe classes take place only once a week. That’s why we focus on building a strong foundation: strengthening the feet and ankles, learning correct placement, and practicing at the barre. Our dancers are still at the beginner level, but sometimes we add more challenging exercises to help them develop balance, strength, and artistry.
