Many people are interested in energy healing for mental and physical health and there is research emerging showing these therapies might be helpful for various wellness problems. But is it legitimate and what could you expect to feel if you receive energy healing. In this video I review a peer-reviewed publication looking at the things people experience during energy healing therapies and practices. The results suggest there can be a range of somatic and psychological experiences people report including feeling the energy itself.
