[MKWii] Unfinished Hallowfall themed CT showcase

This track was created by me and Echo for the latest CTGP custom track design competition. Unfortunately, we were unable to finish in time for the competition, and this is only an intermediate version with near complete gameplay which I created, but which lacks visuals. Echo was working on visuals but unfortunately did not have enough time to finish before the deadline due to getting a job and being busy with that. Hopefully he can finish the track someday by adding some nice visuals in the theme we were going for, which is Hallowfall from World of Warcraft. Shoutout to Stubbz, Ivan and Charlie for giving feedback related to gameplay during the development of this track :)
