Crashing Airplane! 1980, part 1

In our first of two videos covering Airplane we explore the origin of the directors, their struggle to get Airplane to studios and the casting. We highly suggest fans of this movie check out the book Surely You Can't Be Serious: The Story of Airplane by David Zucker, Jim Abrahams and Jerry Zucker which goes into way more detail than our video. Lots of good stuff in that book.
