The Akotia Wulɔmɔ, Nuumo Ofei Suma VII, performed the rite by sprinkling specially prepared sacred food made specifically for the occasion at selected sacred places in and around La Kpa We, continuing through to some of the Gbatsui (shrines/temples). This sacred act formed part of the preparations before Aawon Ataa Bibioo was brought out to the public.
