Lake District Green Lanes, Parkamoor, Cumbria

This lane runs alongside Coniston Water in the Lake District, Cumbria, from High Nibthwaite to High Parkamoor and is approx 2.5 miles long. It’s a dead end as the northern section of the lane is TRO’d at the junction with the bridleway which means that once you get to this point there is no choice but turn around and travel back down the lane. The first part of this video is a drivers eye view from a Defender climbing the lane, the second part follows another Defender back down. Driven in September 2021 after completion of the recent ‘repair’ work.
