NestWorks C500 - Circle Diamond Square Test Artifact - Roughing Op 1

The circle diamond square is a classical machining object used to verify the accuracy of the workflow from model to machined object. It contains some common shapes encountered in machining, as well as some shapes that test the ability of the workflow to reproduce such as a 90 degree cone, sloped planes, and some fine detail work. This object was produced with the following workflow: CAD performed in FreeCAD CAM performed in Fusion 360 with the NestWorks postprocessing plugin Machined on the NestWorks C500 from 7075 Aluminum 2.5x2.5" stock. This video is roughing operation #1 done with a 6mm flat end mill.
