It's a proper 5-star luxury hotel. The hotel is huge - 24 floors, and the view of Ulsoor Lake from the top is amazing. Staff was very polite and helpful. I tried their restaurant food, it was really tasty. The rooftop swimming pool and spa area is super relaxing. Rooms are very clean and luxurious.
