Katika sehemu hii ya pili, Sheikh Bashir anaeleza mpango wa SAJDA wa kujenga madarasa. Kwa sasa watoto wanasomea msikitini, na ipo ardhi mbele yake inayoweza kununuliwa na kuendelezwa. Pia anaeleza mpango wa Wakfu utakaoendeleza madrasa hizi, kama mishahara ya walimu na utunzaji wa msikiti na madarasa yote. Ni sadaka inayoendelea (sadaqah jariyah) kwa wote watakaoshiriki. In this second part, Sheikh Bashir explains SAJDA's plan to build classrooms. For now the children study inside the mosque, and there is land in front of it that can be bought and developed. He also explains the plan for a Waqf, an endowment that will sustain these madrasas, from teachers' salaries to the upkeep of the mosque and classrooms.
