Sindhi Style Ghevar Jalebi | Holi Special Sweet | Indian Street Food

Gheear is a Holi special sweet made by squeezing out the fermented flour batter in hot oil/ghee, through tiny hole of a cup in random directions in a round mould immersed in hot ghee. It is then drenched in sugar syrup and topped with chopped Almonds and Pistachios. It is basically same as jalebi, but much larger in size, a little more crunchier too.
