Lead Me Through the Wilderness | Christian Groove Metal | Iron Testament

“Lead Me Through the Wilderness” is a Modern Christian Groove Metal song inspired by Exodus 13—a chapter about guidance, trust, remembrance, and following God even when the road is not the one you expected. Israel had been delivered from Egypt, but freedom did not mean the journey was finished. God did not lead them by the shortest route. He led them by the way He knew they needed, going before them with a pillar of cloud by day and fire by night. This song focuses on that truth: you do not have to understand every turn in the road when you trust the One who is leading. Based on Exodus 13 (KJV). The shortest path is not always the right path. Sometimes faith means following when you cannot yet see where the road ends.
