Eggs on Foam - Victorian Recipe (19th-century / 1800's history through food)

Find Sarah's books on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/stores/author/... This video shows, step-by-step, how to make a lovely and simple Victorian recipe: eggs on foam. If you like eggs sunny side up, you'll probably like this one! All it takes is eggs and a hot oven. (The one seen in this video is Sarah's antique Victorian Charm Crawford wood cookstove.) This 19th-century dish features in Sarah A. Chrisman's book "Three Women Awheel." As with all of Sarah's Tales of Chetzemoka books, 19th-century recipes for all the foods mentioned in the story appear at the end of the volume.
