Alam Sutera doesn't always make it onto Jakarta travel lists, but if you're based in or around the area, it's one of the better spots for a full day out. We started at Pison in Alsut, a solid cafe worth the visit on its own, then made our way to Jakarta Premium Outlet for a browse and a quick stop at IKEA before heading over to Gading Serpong. The Gading Serpong leg was mostly food-driven. Beckett for salt bread, Tiny Chon for a proper meal, and Salte as our last stop for another round of salt bread because apparently once wasn't enough.
