Doctor's Wife Recalls Hawaii Cliff Attack: 'No One Will Hear You'

On Tuesday, Arielle Konig, the victim in an alleged Hawaii trail attack, testified against the defendant, her husband, Dr. Gerhardt Konig. Gerhardt allegedly pushed his wife toward a cliff, tried to inject her with a syringe, and struck her repeatedly with a lava rock. During her testimony, Konig recalled the alleged event that had occurred in March 2025.
