FYI I'm not saying I'm the Manhunt King, but Banshee Classified definitely is. You can run the 4 piece or 6 piece, either way you won't go wrong in the Dark Zone. It's the easiest build to use to go Manhunt with, giving 2 rouge ranks for each kill instead of 1. You can take less damage, give more damage or do both at the same time. So going Rouge or not, Banshee is hot out here in these DZ streets.
