On a rather grey and slightly rainy day, we set off by bicycle to discover the quiet roads and paths surrounding Tam Coc. Despite the weather, the atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful and the ride is a real pleasure. The route takes us through a spectacular landscape of towering limestone karst mountains, rice paddies, wetlands and lotus-covered ponds.
