When using Xenia Manager you need to go to the button on the left " Open Xenia Settings" Find this game in the drop down list and then click the pencil icon. This will open the config for this game with Notepad, to edit the file. In Notepad go to edit and then click on Find and search for the following.... ignore_offset_for_ranged_allocation Change it from "false to true" Now save the file and close Notepad, you are all done.
