Is knowing that the Lord is coming soon enough? What matters most is how He will find you when He comes. How should we prepare ourselves for the coming of the Lord? Today Bible Verse in Tamil | Today Bible Verse | Today's Bible Verse | Bible Verse Today | 02.10.2026 ENGLISH VERSION: Today's Bible Verse (02.10.2026) VERSE: Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. (2 PETER 3:14 KJV) EXPLANATION: Blessed be the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is not enough to know that the coming of the Lord is near. We must be prepared to meet Him. 2 Peter 3:14 gives us three important things: we must be without spot, blameless, and found in peace. First, we must guard our spiritual life. The world, the flesh, and the devil can stain our walk with God. We must pursue holiness and keep ourselves from what defiles our souls. Continue in prayer, Scripture, and fellowship with God's people. Scripture warns us not to love the world or the things that are in the world. Second, we must allow God to correct what is wrong in our lives. Anything that contradicts God's Word must be brought before Him in repentance. “For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.” (Hebrews 12:6) When the Lord reveals something that needs correction, we should not ignore His discipline. We should receive it humbly and turn away from sin. Third, we must be found in peace. When we are justified by faith, we have peace with God. But we must continue trusting Him when storms, strong winds, and difficult circumstances come. Do not allow fear to steal the peace God has given you. The Lord calls us to remain in Him until His coming. “And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.” (1 John 2:28) Examine your life. Are you walking in holiness, accepting God's correction, and keeping His peace? Let us be ready for the Lord's coming and remain in Him. May God's Word give them holiness, hope, and peace. May we all be found before Him without spot, blameless, and in peace. Amen. PRAYER: Heavenly Father, Thank You for reminding me that Your coming is near. Help me not only to wait for Your coming, but also to be ready to stand before You without spot, blameless, and in peace. Lord, search my heart. If anything in my life does not please You, reveal it to me. Keep me from the stains of the world and give me a heart that loves Your Word and Your presence. Forgive me wherever I have gone against Your standards. Help me receive Your correction with humility and truly repent. Strengthen me to overcome sin and keep me on the path that pleases You. Lord, keep me from losing my peace when storms and difficult circumstances arise. Help me trust You when I do not understand everything. Let my heart remain at peace because You are my God and You are with me. I want to be ready for Your coming. Help me love Your approval more than the praise of the world and obey Your Word. Let my heart, thoughts, words, and actions glorify You. Keep me abiding in You until Your coming. May I stand firm and unashamed in Your presence. Sanctify my life and prepare me each day to meet You. I pray in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen. 👍 LIKE, 💬 COMMENT, 🔔 SHARE & SUBSCRIBE TO OUR CHANNEL “TODAY BIBLE VERSE IN TAMIL” (TBVT) 📺 SUBSCRIBE HERE 👉    / todaybibleverseintamil   SEO KEYWORDS: Today Bible Verse in Tamil, Today Bible Verse, Today’s Bible Verse, Bible Verse Today, Daily Bible Verse, Tamil Christian Message, Word of God, Christian Devotion, Lord's coming, second coming of Jesus, Christian preparation, holiness, peace with God.
