"Ferrymead Heritage Park" Westar 35mm Cinema Projector

Donated a few years back, the projector sat downstairs in the "Hall Of Wheels" as a static exhibit. Finding a space upstairs, to once again get it running over the last two years has been great. Although digital projection and the change over from 35mm film has taken over at the cinema, the chance to show folk how once going to the cinema, 35mm projectors were used for around 100 years up to about 2012, running the Westar again, with some film in a museum environment gives folk an insight into the past.
