It doesn't always read 'lovely' to say it but let's be honest there are some people we observe(be that in media or in our lives)who seem to be perpetually in crisis and we just find ourselves side-eying them at some point thinking about what the common denominator is in all this chaos. How ever victim blamey and unfair that may be,I'm convinced we've all had a gut feeling, about at least one person, that the stories in which they are invariably the victim may have a few lines redacted. For my part, I'm going to extend this lense to my own behavior and try not to be the 'going through it girl' and appreciate that everyone has their own fires to put out and we all have our own fire extiguisher with just enough juice to serve us some times. There are some figures in media i'd like to see do the same(eg. jools Lebron&Lena Dunham).
