If I Needed Someone – The Beatles (Full Cover by One Man Band)

My one-man-band cover of If I Needed Someone by The Beatles, from their classic 1965 album Rubber Soul. I played all the instruments and sang all the vocals myself, trying to get as close as possible to the original Beatles recording. I wanted to capture the distinctive jangling guitars, the harmonies and the unique sound of this wonderful George Harrison song. I don't own a rickenbacker 12-string so I tried to get the sound with two Gretsch guitars. With the new Rubber Soul Special Edition, featuring fresh stereo and Dolby Atmos mixes, it's a great time to revisit this classic Beatles album and one of George Harrison's finest songs. If you enjoy Beatles music, classic 60s pop and rock, and one-man-band covers, I hope you enjoy my version! Instruments used: Guitar -Fender Telecaster Guitar - Gretsch g5420t Drums - Roland TD17 Bass - Harley Benton HB-60 WB Tambourine Microphone - Rode NT1 Harmonica Thanks for listening!
