For some reason on this relatively narrow road, four short barriers have been used here instead of two full-road-width barriers, and one of these doesn't dampen and bounces vigorously quite a lot when it's lowered, with the exit-side barriers rather oddly shaking briefly just before lowering when these videos were filmed as if to warn people around the level crossing that they're about to lower (similar to the old crossing set-ups in Dublin, Ireland).
