Return to Boom Hall for #Haunted 3AM CHALLENGE

Haunted 3AM CHALLENGE We return to the haunted boom hall for a 3am alone challenge. Boom Hall was built in the 18th Century and takes its name from being located close to where ships breached the boom across the River Foyle to end the Siege of Derry in 1689. It has remained empty and abandoned since 1969. The most well known story attached to boom hall is that of a girl who was a relative of the family who lived there. She had been sent there to remove her from the attention of a young groomsman employed in her own home in England. However the young man followed her and hid out in the stables where they had secret affairs. When they were discovered the girl was locked away in an upstairs corner bedroom. A few weeks later the bedroom w ent up in flames but her body was never found. It is said a figure can sometimes be seen in one of the upper windows despite there being no upper flooring in the building.
