Try this low cost Tasty Tuna Egg stew

Ingredients: 2 Chopped tin tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 tbs of oil, 3 Tuna flakes in sunflower oil, 1tsp chopped garlic, 1tsp chopped ginger, chillies to taste, 5 eggs, button mushrooms, 3 diced carrots, 1tsp OMB Jollof spice blend, 1/2 tsp OMB shito spice blend, 1/2 green pepper, Salt to taste
