It's the 3rd week of July when I am uploading this video and looking back, I really had some questionable choices in what I consumed that time. We were going through a lot since the beginning of this year with regards to Andeng's health and I just turn to delicious food (easy, sweet, salty & unhealthy) as my healthy pill. I got to help myself cope with all the things going on that time. Unfortunately, these choices led to my current health issues. Though during that time, I had no idea what was going on withy my body. Gotta admit though, I got a blast with food haha. Affogato, fast food stuff, ultra-processed foods, ready-to-eat meals and don't mention the drinks! So yeah, when I wad editing this I saw all those things and realised that will be the last time (probably, maybe on cheat days once I reversed my pre-diabetes and control my BP, cholesterol and insulin-resistant) I will have those foods again. But what I realised, my mental health and those things that was causing me stress and anxiety for the past 8 years here just caught up on me.
