Ingredients 180 g egg whites (about 6 large egg whites) 400 g granulated sugar = 2 cups 200 g water = 200 ml ≈ 0.85 cup Cook the syrup to 121°C (250°F) Method 1. Cook the sugar syrup to 121°C (250°F). 2. Start whipping the egg whites when the syrup reaches 113–114°C (235–237°F). 3. Slowly pour the hot syrup into the whipping egg whites. 4. Continue whipping until the meringue has completely cooled. ⸻ Chapters 00:00 Preparing Italian Meringue 01:31 Filling the Piping Bag 02:22 Exercise 1 – Straight Lines 03:55 Exercise 2 – Spirals 05:43 Exercise 3 – Perfect Circles 07:22 Exercise 4 – Single Portions 09:21 Freestyle Practice & Final Thoughts ⸻ If this video helped you improve your piping, don’t forget to like, subscribe, and keep practicing. #pastry #piping #pipingbag #pastrychef #baking #cake #cake decorating #learnbaking #pastrytutorial #italianmeringue #dessert #skilltraining
