This is the opening message in a brand new series called Sparks of Life, all about the spirituality of creativity. We believe creativity isn't a nice extra on the edges of life, it's close to the very centre of what it means to be human, made in the image of a Creator God. But creative energy gets wounded. Potential gets disappointed. Things that were meant to bring life can end up feeling drained, cut off, or stuck before they've even had the chance to begin. Using the story in Mark 5 of a woman who'd been suffering for twelve years and a twelve year old girl whose life was cut short, we explore what it looks like when a creator God meets that brokenness, and what might still be waiting to come to life in you.
