Aerial Hoop TUTORIAL: Backward MERMAID ROLL

This is a fun and easy aerial hoop roll that ends in an aerial hoop mermaid split. It's a nice way to get used to backwards lyra rolls. It's great for aerial hoop beginners and intermediate aerialists who are still getting used to rolls.This is also a great aerial hoop trick for anyone who is not flexible, you don't need a full lyra splits to make it look gorgeous, plus I think it's a beautiful and unusual lyra move.
