📘 Get The Veteran's Claim Handbook here: https://dalehartman.gumroad.com/l/Vet... There is a man who has been rated by the VA for eleven years. He knows his percentage and thinks that is the whole of it. The check is the benefit. And every month, out of the same account, he pays bills his rating already cancels. Not bills he could argue about — bills that stop, on paper, under a published rule. Nobody wrote to him, because the organizations that take these bills off him do not work for the VA. In this video I show you what each one is, who runs it, and the rating level it turns on. What we cover: The copay wording that follows the condition, not the percentage, so it works at 10% Priority group 1 at 50% or unemployable and what it does to medication copays The VA home loan funding fee, the five ways onto the exemption list, and why your lender applies it State property tax, from a full waiver in New Mexico to a reduction in Idaho that counts unemployability Federal student loans discharged on 100% or individual unemployability, with no physician signature needed Why the tax rule on that discharge changed on 1 January 2026, and why I will not guess Chapter 35, where permanent and total is the gate, and the 36 months it buys your spouse or child The federal recreation pass that is free to every veteran, no rating required Vehicle registration and plates, from 10% in Alabama to 60% in Nevada Everything here is tied to real sources, including the VA copay rates and priority group pages, the VA funding fee page, VA News on state tax exemptions, Department of Education guidance on TPD discharge, the VA Chapter 35 page and the National Park Service pass page, all checked 21 September 2026. One honest note. This started as eight items. A life insurance premium waiver came out, because the VA's own page says plainly that VALife does not offer premium waivers, and Chapter 35 took the slot on its evidence. There is also a claim going around that a 10% rating wipes out every copay you have — I could not find that on any VA page, so it is not in here. And 100% is not the same as permanent and total. The video says which each item needs, every time. FREE HELP FIRST. The VFW, the DAV, the American Legion and your county veterans service office will go through all seven with you and charge nothing. For property tax, registration and plates the county office is the right answer — those are local schemes. Knowing which of these your own decision letter already qualifies you for, and the words to ask for it, is exactly what The Veteran's Claim Handbook is built for. 📘 Get the full handbook on ratings, letters and exemptions: https://dalehartman.gumroad.com/l/Vet...
