The Beach Boys - Sloop John B (2026 Remix)

Sourced from The Pet Sounds Sessions & Sounds Of Summer (The original version. Not from the expanded edition 🤢) 60 years of Sloop John B? Quite impressive! This and I’m Waiting For The Day are my favorites from Pet Sounds. Anyways, the main thing I was going for here was creating a structure similar to the live versions of Sloop. Carl starts with the lead, then with Mike handling the rest of the song. However I didn’t want to leave Brian out of it, so his voice is still doing the lead on the bridge or whatever it’s called. I think I did a pretty good job! But what do you think? Anyways, I hope you enjoy! I know I did! 🔥
