Ghazni Celebrations Part 4 of 4

This is my fourth and final video on the April 13, 2013 Opening Ceremonies celebrating Ghazni as the Asian Capital of Islamic Culture and Civilization. I was honored to attend and observe these special events as a guest of the Afghan government. This represents a high point of my visit to Afghanistan, but I plan to remain several more months to promote Sister City partnerships with other Afghan cities.
