MyQ Blocked Control Of My Garage Door But RATGDO Opened It

I'm a big fan of local control of smart devices as well as a unified app to control every thing but Chamberlain decided they didn't want 3rd party to have access to the MyQ API anymore rendering all existing integration inactive. It's reasons like this I like to retain local control of my device but thanks to the RATGDO created by Paul Weiland I can now control my garage door anyway I want.
