Running the Coledale Horseshoe

** Re-uploaded due to issues with YouTube ** I had company for a change - my friend Leigh accompanied me on the Coledale horseshoe - 8 Wainwright's ticked off over 11 miles, bringing my total Wainwright count of round 2 to 12/214. I ran more and faster than I usually would - it was certainly good to have someone to drag me along as I do need to work on improving my pace.
