Delicious Afghan Ashak Recipe 🌿🥟 For the Ashak dough, mix flour, yeast, and egg, knead well, and let it rise. Meanwhile, prepare the soaked beans with a flavorful, thick sauce. Roll the dough out thin and cut it into circles. For the filling, mix chopped leeks, green and black pepper, salt, turmeric, and oil. Fill and shape the Ashak. Cook the Ashak in boiling water with a little salt and oil for about 10–12 minutes. Then top with yogurt, garlic, and dill, and garnish with dried mint.
